The seniors that come to live with us have 5 basic needs: social physical, educational, spiritual, and the need to leave a legacy. For 15 years and six communities our mission has been to meet these needs, as well as provide family peace of mind. Spring Creek is just the right place for seniors who want to be part of a community, and want the opportunity to contribute to society. We create the environment they are looking for and give them the opportunities they want and it is our pleasure to do so.
