Assisted Living with the Comfort of Home:
Many Assisted Living centers provide wonderful clinical care. However, many fall short when it comes to compassion. Spring Creek designed and built their own communities so your family member can receive the best clinical care, while experiencing unparalleled compassionate care.
Spring Creek Assisted Living is fully licensed by the State of Idaho and our employees are trained and certified by the state. We are professionally staffed 24 hours a day and provide quarterly assessments by a licensed nurse. Spring Creek's vision of "Clinical Care Best Practices" encourages staff to continually seek education allowing us to stay at the top of the latest clinical practices.
With independence, safety, and comfort as our focus, we provide private paging and emergency call systems in each room. We offer a variety of activities tailored to the pleasure and interests of our residents. We combine this with home cooked meals in a family style dining room to encourage socialization.

Liana Gutierrez brings variety and longevity of experience, as well as dedication to quality care to the Spring Creek family. For us, she exemplifies commitment, love and respect to and for her residents and team members. Her natural caregiving skills have been enhanced over the years by her experience working with mentally and physically handicapped adults.
Liana first joined the Spring Creek team in 1997 as a cook; although we shortly realized she had tremendous skills in working with seniors. In October of 1998, she obtained her license and advanced to the Administrator position. She has met the challenge of adapting and contributing to the assisted living programs as they have grown and changed in our state over the past decade. She has led several of our locations over the years, and St. Anthony has benefited by her direction since February of 2008.
Liana has 4 grown children, 15 grandchildren, one of her grandsons she raised as her own. Liana was born in Soda Springs and has lived in Montpelier, Pocatello (where she graduated from Highland High School) and St Anthony. During her initial interview Liana was asked why she felt inspired to work for Spring Creek. She responded “I love helping people and I want to change my life.” Liana’s passion and devotion for helping people continue to make her an asset to the Spring Creek team.
About the Assistant Director, LPN
Terri Scott jointed the Spring Creek family in September of 2010. Terri grew up in the Boise area and married her high school sweetheart RJ 29 years ago. She has two children, a son 27 and a daughter 26, and two grandchildren with more on the way. Terrie found her passion in nursing 23 years ago. She brings an array of experience and has proven to be a valued Spring Creek team member.
