Spring Creek Meridian Community:
Spring Creek Meridian is Idaho's premier campus featuring Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living.
Assisted Living:
Many Assisted Living centers provide wonderful clinical care. However, many fall short when it comes to compassion. Spring Creek designed and built their own communities so your family member can receive the best clinical care, while experiencing unparalleled compassionate care.
Spring Creek Assisted Living is fully licensed by the State of Idaho and our employees are trained and certified by the state. We are professionally staffed 24 hours a day and provide quarterly assessments by a licensed nurse. Spring Creek's vision of "Clinical Care Best Practices" encourages staff to continually seek education allowing us to stay at the top of the latest clinical practices.
Memory Care
In times of higher needs, Spring Creek's Memory Care is uniquely designed to provide Individualized Care Plans under the direction of a licensed nurse. These services might include a Therapy Gym, Counseling, Customized Diets, Tailored Activities, and Individualized Behavioral Programs. This wing is designed to provide a living area that is secure, allowing additional peace of mind with our state of the art access monitoring system. This wing allows residents and their families the security of knowing that enhanced services are available if needed. It is important to us that our residents have the ability to transition from Assisted Living to Memory care with ease.
Unlike our active Assisted Living environment, this building was created to enhance a calm and peaceful ambiance to encourage relaxation and recovery. Our "Rest & Reminisce Area" is a delight to the senses. Here, the resident can sit in a comfortable chair with soft smells, surround-sound, and a fountain with light and video. Families are always encouraged to visit, play games, and express and connect through art.
Comfort of Home
With independence, safety, and comfort as our focus, we provide private paging and emergency call systems in each room. We offer a variety of activities tailored to the pleasure and interests of our residents. We combine this with home cooked meals in a family style dining room to encourage socialization.
